Brighton ride

On Saturday 7 June 2008, in cities around the world, people riding naked to celebrate cycling and the human body.

The ride demonstrates the vulnerability of cyclists on the road.
2008 will see the third Brighton ride, following its massive success in 2007 and 2006, when over 200 people rode through the heart of the city.
It will be a morning ride, finishing around 1.30pm.
Riders will also be able to join the London ride, which now takes place the following weekend.
The plan is to set off at around 11.30am, cycle around Brighton & Hove city, and finish at Black Rock nudist beach around 1-1.30pm for a sea swim and beach picnic.

La Cassazione con la sentenza 19189 ha riaperto il caso di due ragazzi che amoreggiavano in macchina nel parcheggio di una discoteca alle 3 di notte.
I due, sorpresi dai carabinieri, con altri giovani intorno all'auto che assistevano allo spettacolo si erano mostrati sorpresi e avevano detto alle forze dell'ordine: "Non facciamo nulla di male, non siamo né i primi né gli ultimi che fanno certe cose".
In primo grado un mese di reclusione a seguito di un patteggiamento.
Poi le cose erano andate meglio: il Gip del Tribunale di Arezzo li aveva assolti perché a suo parere la coppia non era consapevole di violare la legge.
La Procura ha fatto ricorso in Cassazione e lo ha vinto: il caso è stato riaperto e tornerà al Tribunale di Arezzo per un nuovo esame.
In particolare, ha motivato la terza sezione penale, "rientra nella più comune nozione che il compiere atti sessuali in luogo pubblico o aperto al pubblico costituisca un'offesa al pudore".
Non solo.
La condotta dei ragazzi, secondo la Cassazione, non era neppure riconducibile alla disattenzione o all'imprudenza "atteso che il fatto, sia pure alle 3 di notte, avvenne nel parcheggio illuminato antistante il locale notturno e davanti a più persone che attorniavano la vettura per assistere allo spettacolo".

Women in Copenhagen can now swim and walk around in public pools without their bikini tops.

The decision is the result of a year-long campaign by a pressure group, the Topless Front, which says women should be treated the same as bare-chested men.
Campaign leader Astrid Vang, 20, who took her shirt off with others to protest at a leisure centre at Christmas, said: "We women would like to decide by ourselves when our breasts should be sexual and when not.
In swimming pools they should not and that is why the breasts should not be covered - We will bathe topless just like men."
The Danish campaign was inspired by a Swedish group called Just Breasts, which was formed after two women were asked to cover up their breasts by a lifeguard at a public pool near Stockholm.
Swedish protesters carried out several full-frontal marches in their country but are still campaigning for bare-chested equality.
One of their leaders, 22-year-old Ragnhild Karlsson, said: "We want our breasts to be as normal as men's, so that we too can pull off our shirts at football matches."
Activists expect a flurry of similar campaigns-across Europe, including in Britain.
Authorities in Vancouver, Canada - often considered to be a bastion of Victorian values - have allowed topless women in swimming pools and on beaches for several years.
The only protest against the move came from lifeguards who said they had problems knowing what to hold when rescuing swimmers in difficulties.
In Copenhagen yesterday, the city's Culture and Leisure Committee voted overwhelmingly to allow topless bathing.
Frank Hedegaard, of the Socialist People's Party, said: "I cannot understand what some people find so offensive about women's breasts.

Prima di essere bloccato dagli agenti di polizia, Josh Drimmer, 26 anni, commediografo di Greenpoint a Brooklyn e studente di Yale, si è fermato davanti alle vetrine di vari negozi, ha controllato i messaggi sul suo telefonino, è entrato in un ristorante dove ha saltellato per un po' tra i tavoli prima di essere accompagnato alla porta.
Il sipario a Times Square è calato con l'arrivo degli agenti, che hanno bloccato il nudista.
"Hai un documento di identità con te?" gli ha chiesto un poliziotto.
Il commediografo si è fatto condurre senza obiezioni dagli agenti al Bellevue Hospital, per un controllo medico.

Olanda nuda

Si potrà fare sesso in libertà nei parchi olandesi ma l'importante sarà non gettare a terra mozziconi di sigaretta nè avere rapporti quando nei paraggi ci sono dei bambini.
E' stata la polizia olandese ad approntare un regolamento che dovrebbe entrare in vigore dalla prossima estate 2008 in Olanda e che prevede la possibilità di avere rapporti sessuali, anche completi, in tutti i parchi del Paese: l'importante sarà rispettare gli orari, appartandosi solo dal tardo pomeriggio in poi, sistemare la coperta lontano dall'area giochi riservata ai bambini e gettare i preservativi e l'eventuale sigaretta negli appositi cestini.
La polizia invita dunque tutte le più grandi città d’Olanda - da Rotterdam a L’Aja - a seguire l’esempio di Amsterdam, dove già il libero sesso in alcuni parchi pubblici è permesso.
“Di fronte a coppie o più persone che si appartano - si legge nella bozza di regolamento inviata alle principali amministrazioni comunali - i pubblici ufficiali non devono nella maniera più assoluta disturbare le attività, fintanto che non arrechino disturbo agli altri”.
Gli agenti, proprio perchè tale comportamento non potrà più essere considerato reato, non potranno intraprendere "azioni correttive".

German travel agency Ossiurlaub.de has started taking bookings for Europe's first nudist flight.The flight, from Erfurt to the Baltic island of Usedom, will begin in July.
55 passengers will be able to disrobe at altitude, although they will have to remain fully clothed until they board, and then put their clothes back on before disembarking.
The crew, sadly, will remain clothed for the duration of the flight - for safety reasons.
Managing director Enrico Hess said, brilliantly, "It's an unusual gap in the market.”
He went on to clarify that he doesn’t want people to “get the wrong idea”.
“It's not that we're starting a swinger club in mid-air,” he said, perhaps with a shrug of his naked shoulders.
“We're a perfectly normal holiday company."
A few drawbacks spring to mind.
Have they thought about the seats?
Will they be rigorously cleaned between flights?
Or will they be covered with those little squares of paper that you usually see on headrests? More importantly, have the passengers thought about how cold it gets on planes?
The idea behind it is to appeal to those from the old East Germany, where nudist holidays were big business in the 1970s and 80s.
They’re not the first, though.
The subtly-named Naked Air had the first ever naked, commercial flight from Miami to Cancun in 2003.

A German Protestant youth group has put together a 2006 calendar with 12 staged photos depicting erotic scenes from the Bible, including a bare-breasted Delilah cutting Samson's hair and a nude Eve offering an apple.
"There's a whole range of biblical scriptures simply bursting with eroticism," said Stefan Wiest, the 32-year-old photographer who took the titillating pictures.

"We wanted to represent the Bible in a different way and to interest young people," she told.

"It's just wonderful when teenagers commit themselves with their hair and their skin to the bible," he said.

3 women arrested for dancing nude
 Three women, including an 18-year-old, were arrested for baring all or almost all at a Dothan nightclub that features bikini dancing.
"They were naked, but they had shoes on I believe," said police Capt. Larry Draughon.
The three, who may have been customers at the Stardust Lounge, ended up spending part of the night in jail on misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure.
Arrested about 1:30 a.m. Monday, they were released on $500 bail.
Authorities said two of the women claimed to work at the club, but Jeff Baxter, a member of the corporation that owns the Stardust Lounge, denied that any of the women worked there.
He said it was his employees who called police to report the incident.
"This is a case of girls gone way too wild," he told The Dothan Eagle in a story Thursday.
The Stardust is a bikini bar and its dancers are required to be in compliance with a local ordinance barring nude dancing.
Other laws bar public nudity and lewdness where alcohol is served.
The three charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure were Tonia Schiefer, 27, of Dothan, Kimberly Rena Summers, 21, of Midland City, and Kayla Nicole Stafford, 18, of Westville, Fla.
Lt. Jean Turner, the agent in charge of the Dothan office of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, said Stafford and Summers danced completely nude while Schiefer was only topless.
All three women were released from the Dothan City Jail after posting $500 bail.
Attempts to find phone numbers to reach the three for comment were not immediately successful Thursday.
ABC Board agents gave Baxter a citation Wednesday and could seek suspension or revocation of the lounge's license.

Naked in USA

The Texas legislature tried to ban summer camps for nudist youths based on nothing more than a single throw-away line in one New York Times article suggesting that someone, somewhere, might be thinking about starting one there someday.
Louisiana wanted to ban baggy pants that might expose the wearer’s underwear (or worse!) because, as State Representative Derrick Shepherd proclaimed, “If parents can’t regulate what their children wear, then there should be a law.”
And, more recently, two children were charged with being child pornographers because they willingly took naked pictures of themselves and shared them with each other.
It’s sheer madness out there!

Naked shoppers make moon shine in Chevron
No shirt. No pants. No problem.
At least not for two men at Chevron on 64th St. and Greenway.
The cashier on duty said the two popped their heads in the door and asked to come in.
Theresa Dockstader-Carter said yes without thinking a thing of it.
At least until she realized they came to buy food in the nude.
She says she just grinned while they bared it all at 3:09 a.m. Saturday.
Without pockets, they advertisement had cash in hand to buy skittles, tea and a donut.
The cashier says it just seemed like a prank.
“They were very polite.” Dockstader-Carter says they didn’t appear to be drunk, just trying to have some fun.
“They said they lost their clothes, and I said I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully you'll find them.”
The manager, Samantha Cooley, says neither of them felt the need to call the police.
She laughs as she says, “One you'd wanna see and one, oh you know, could use a couple days at the gym.”
Looking at the surveillance video, the stunt appeared to be harmless.

Turisti hanno preso d'assalto il paesino austriaco di Obertraun, per scivolare lungo i quattro chilometri della pista da fondo completamente nudi.
Da qualche tempo qualsiasi attività può essere svolta senza vestiti.

Ibiza - spiagge

Sant Josep è il comune di Ibiza che conta più spiagge e calette; questi luoghi godono di una grande fama in tutto il mondo per la varietà dei paesaggi che si adattano a tutte le esigenze: ci sono piccole cale nascoste bagnate da acque cristalline e turchesi (tra cui le bellissime Cala Comte, Cala Bassa e Cala Vedella, che hanno ricevuto dall’Unione Europea la Bandiera Azzurra) ma anche spiagge grandissime circondate da una fitta vegetazione e da ricche pinete (alcuni di questi boschi sono stati dichiarati Parco Naturale).
Per gli amanti del nudismo, in queste zone avrete la possibilità di praticarlo tranquillamente, godendo a pieno del meraviglioso ambiente che vi circonda.
L'interno di Sant Josep offre una campagna molto ricca, piena di pini, fichi e carrubi che circondano le tipiche casette bianche di Ibiza, in un suggestivo paesaggio rurale.

Gaeta e i suoi amministratori

Il viceministro agli Interni Marco Minniti ha espresso totale condanna sulla scelta degli amministratori locali di Gaeta (sindaco Antonio Raimondi - lista civica) di inviare ronde di vigilantes armati a presidiare un tratto di spiaggia frequentata da nudisti e omosessuali.
Un fatto gravemente sanzionato dalla Prefettura di Latina e ora anche all'attenzione della magistratura, che sta valutando quali iniziative intraprendere verso gli amministratori locali, poichè senza licenza, com'è noto, è vietato ad enti o privati prestare opere di vigilanza.
Il fatto è stato segnalato al Viminale dal capogruppo della Rosa nel Pugno alla Camera, Roberto Villetti, che ha presentato un'interrogazione scritta per conoscere la ragione di tali ronde armate e la liceità o meno della stipulazione, da parte del Comune, di contratti/convenzioni con istituti di vigilanza volti a destinare 4 agenti armati in un tratto di spiaggia di 100 metri, che l'Ente non gestisce direttamente.

Cilento - nudista

Spiagge nudiste anche nel Cilento.
La pratica del nudismo sulle spiagge della costa del Cilento è ormai consolidata.
Località come Marina di Camerota e la spiaggia del Mingardo rappresentano mete note al panorama nazionale ed internazionale dei nudisti.
Sembra che il Cilento con le sue spiagge e acque incontaminate attragga molti visitatori dediti al nudismo.
Quasi un indice per un paesaggio che riesce a sopravvivere alla trasformazione ed alla edilizia.
I luoghi che offrono ospitalità ai nudisti sono tra le perle della costa, tratti isolati da pinete e argini naturali del variegato litorale.
Le spiagge opposte all'Arco Naturale di Palinuro e le basse pinete della duna in direzione Marina di Camerota sono meravigliose.
Mai affollate, in alcuni punti è possibile ripararsi dal sole delle ore più calde grazie agli alti costoni di roccia e alle grotte ricavate, ospitano turisti in piccoli gruppi e sono luogo di pacifica convivenza tra gente in costume e nudisti.
Per raggiungerla: percorrere la litoranea SS 562 che da Palinuro porta a Marina di Camerota, lasciare l'auto nei pressi della discoteca "Il Ciclope" in uno dei parcheggi predisposti e scendere al mare in direzione del Lido Twingo; poi per circa 200 metri lungo la battigia in direzione sud.

Trappeto - Palermo 2006

E’ costata una denuncia per atti osceni in luogo pubblico l'azione di un 45enne siciliano che sulla spiaggia di Trappeto ha utilizzato una bambola gonfiabile per mimare un atto sessuale, di fronte agli sguardi scandalizzati dei bagnanti bigotti.
La vicenda si è conclusa con l’intervento dei carabinieri della compagnia di Partinico che hanno provveduto a deferire all’autorità giudiziaria il protagonista della vivace esibizione.
A. V., 45 anni, già conosciuto alle forze dell’ordine, dovrà rispondere anche di porto abusivo di oggetti atti ad offendere.
Ad avvertire i militari erano stati alcuni cittadini che avevano notato l’uomo che, sdraiato sulla scogliera in costume da bagno, stava ripetutamente mimando un rapporto sessuale con una bambola gonfiabile alta un metro e mezzo.
Gli uomini in divisa sono subito arrivati sulla spiaggia dove effettivamente hanno sorpreso l’uomo che, incurante della presenza dei numerosi bagnanti, tra cui alcuni divertiti bambini, continuava a mimare i rapporti sessuali.
Nel suo zainetto l’uomo aveva numerose riviste hard e un tubo di plastica con l’anima in rame di 38 centimetri.
L’intervento dei carabinieri ha però posto fine al suo show.

New York - Peter Vallone

A New York il consigliere comunale Peter Vallone ha presentato una legge che regolamenta il ‘vouyerismo’.
Questa scelta è stata presa dopo aver raccolto le lamentele di molte donne poco esibizioniste relativamente ad alcuni casi verificatisi alla fermata della subway vicino al suo ufficio dove pare fosse abitudine di un uomo stazionare sotto le scale mobili.
Le nuove norme pare siano durissime e prevedano fino a tre mesi di carcere e una multa di 500 dollari per chi allunga troppo gli occhi sotto le minigonne delle signore o negli appartamenti altrui.
Il tutto in difesa della privacy essendoci anche, tra l’altro, tanto di Garante che dovrebbe occuparsi della stessa.
